• Medical Training: Participation in CPR/AED and First Aid training involves physical exertion. The participant assumes all physical risks associated with hands-on skills practice conducted by Sentinel Training Solutions.

• Data Collection: Information collected during course enrollment is used solely for course administration, certification processing (via USCCA or HSI), and internal marketing purposes by Sentinel Training Solutions.

• Full Refunds: Notifications must be received at least 48 hours prior to the class start time.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

• One-Time Emergency Transfer: At the discretion of Sentinel Training Solutions, students may be granted a one-time transfer to a future course date for documented emergencies.
